The Story Behind the Equipment
For 24 years, I've worked in automotive interiors. For 18 of those years, I was IE Manager at a global Tier-1 automotive acoustic and thermal management supplier — responsible for equipment investment and industrialization across six Asia-Pacific countries: China, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Korea. I also provided felt line technical support for South America, covering Argentina and Brazil.
I built production lines from the ground up — felt lines, damping lines (SBR and bitumen), POE lines, and carpet and headliner semi-finished production lines. I know what it takes to specify equipment, install it, debug it, and make it run at full capacity. I know what happens when a calender's temperature control drifts, when a press doesn't hit cycle time, or when a corona treater isn't delivering the surface energy your process demands.
In 2022, I founded Guangzhou Ruibo Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. to serve the Chinese domestic market. In 2026, I established MOCO Import & Export Co., Ltd. as the international arm. Same technical DNA, now focused on helping factories across Southeast Asia and beyond.
