Founded by an Engineer, Built for Production Reality
MOCO Automation was founded by Jason MC — a mechanical engineer with 24 years in automotive interior manufacturing. Before MOCO, Jason served as Asia-Pacific Manufacturing Engineering Manager at a global automotive Tier 1 supplier, responsible for equipment specification, production line design, and technology transfer across 7 countries.
Across 20 years in China, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Japan, Jason commissioned dozens of production lines — felt, carpet, damping, POE. He knows what equipment failure looks like from the factory floor, because he was the one fixing it before a customer audit. MOCO was founded to be the equipment partner he always wished he could call.

We ask about your material, your cycle time, your operators, your maintenance capabilities — because we know a machine that runs perfectly in a Guangzhou showroom might struggle in the humidity of Jakarta or the voltage swings of Ho Chi Minh City. Every piece of equipment we supply is pre-configured for the environment it will actually operate in.
Built for Southeast Asia
Our equipment is configured for ASEAN manufacturing realities: 380V/415V/440V 50Hz power options, tropical climate hardening (IP54+ enclosures, conformal-coated PCBs, stainless steel fasteners), and operator interfaces in English and Chinese. We've delivered complete production lines to Indonesia (PT. TNA, 2026), precision thermal systems to Malaysia (HIROTAKO, 2024), and we're expanding across Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. We understand local certification, import procedures, and — above all — what factory managers in this region actually need.
Four Product Lines, One Standard
We specialize in mold temperature controllers, corona treaters, Haide hydraulic presses and related equipment (supplied via our affiliated company Guangzhou Ruibo, the authorized agent for Hefei Haide), and BanzTech hot melt adhesive spray systems (strategic partnership). Each product line is selected based on Jason's firsthand experience using similar equipment in production environments. We don't sell anything we haven't vetted technically. Core components are sourced from established international brands — no unbranded substitutes.

Founded in 2002, Haide is a national high-tech enterprise and a large-scale manufacturer of CNC hydraulic presses serving markets worldwide. Their range covers 100 kN to 60,000 kN across 10 series and 100+ models — including hydraulic presses, related auxiliary equipment, and pump units.
Haide's authorized agent is Guangzhou Ruibo Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. — MOCO's affiliated company. MOCO handles overseas inquiries, sales conversations, and technical coordination; Ruibo is the contracting and invoicing party, and handles commissioning, after-sales service, and spare parts supply.
A specialist manufacturer of hot melt adhesive spray systems. BanzTech equipment performs at the level of the top-tier international brands in coating precision, adhesive volume control, and continuous-run stability — at a considerably better cost position.
MOCO and BanzTech have worked together closely for years. We handle overseas sales, technical support, commissioning, and spare parts supply.
