Accept
Equipment configured and run-tested at our partner factories. 8-hour continuous load test minimum. You are welcome to audit in person before crating. Complete technical dossier ships with the machine.
Ship (CIF)
Export documentation, ocean freight, insurance, customs clearance — all handled. You receive a delivery timeline you can schedule production around — not a tracking number and a prayer.
Commission
A MOCO engineer travels to your facility. Uncrating, positioning, connections, power-up, process tuning, first-article inspection. We stay until your operators run three consecutive good batches on their own.
Support
12-month warranty. WhatsApp diagnostics, remote troubleshooting, spare parts from stock. Bilingual Chinese + English. Site visits when needed.
