An Engineer Who Knows Your Production Line
I spent 18 years as IE Manager (Industrial Engineering Manager) at a global Tier-1 automotive supplier, leading equipment investment and industrialization across 6 countries — China, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea — plus South America (Argentina, Brazil) on felt line technology. I built felt, damping, POE, carpet, and headliner production lines from the ground up.
I'm not a trader who reads you a catalog. I understand what happens on your factory floor — the machine that breaks down at the worst moment, the temperature deviation that ruins a batch, the installation that never quite works right. I've been on your side of the table for 18 years.
In 2022, I founded Guangzhou Ruibo Electromechanical Equipment to put this knowledge to work. MOCO was established in 2026 as the export arm — helping factories in Southeast Asia source the right equipment, with the right technical support, from someone who truly understands.
